What should I do in case of emergency?
If an emergency occurs, contact the nearest park staff or move toward the nearest exit. Emergency assistance is available throughout the park.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, unless pre-approved for special needs or group events.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes! Photography is allowed, but please avoid using flash in indoor immersive zones, as it may disturb exhibits or other visitors.
What if a staff member gives instructions?
Always follow the instructions of park rangers and staff — they’re trained to ensure your safety and a smooth park experience.
What should I do if I lose my belongings?
Please take care of your personal items. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Report missing items to the Visitor Center or any staff member.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within the park grounds.
Can visitors leave the designated paths?
Please stay on designated pathways and respect all fences and barriers — they’re there to keep you safe and protect the exhibits.
Is running or rough play allowed inside the park?
For everyone’s safety, running, pushing, or rough play is not allowed within the park area.
Can I touch or climb on the dinosaurs?
No. Climbing, touching, or sitting on animatronic dinosaurs or exhibits is strictly prohibited to prevent damage and ensure safety.
Do children need to be accompanied by adults?
Yes. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety reasons.
